REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
At GIO MED Advanced Aesthetics, all services are non-refundable due to the nature of personalized skincare treatments and the time reserved for each client.
However, we understand that unexpected situations happen. Here’s how we handle refunds and service adjustments:
Refunds & Credits
• We do not issue cash or card refunds for completed services.
•If you have concerns about your treatment results, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Service credits or follow-up treatments are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
To be eligible for a service review, clients must have followed all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic.
This protects you legally and professionally — especially for PRP, microneedling, or post-peel care where client behavior affects results.
Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit.
• Service packages and deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable after 14 days.
Gift Cards & Promotions
• Gift cards and promotional credits are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
• Expiry dates and terms will apply as listed on the card or promo.
Product Returns (if applicable)
• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, open skincare products cannot be returned.
• Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days with a receipt.

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or rescheduling fee
• Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase
• Gift cards and promotional services are final sale and not eligible for refunds
